Seymartek company was founded in Chelyabinsk in 2014. Today we are the undisputed leader in organizing international conferences in industries such as metallurgy, mining, and agriculture.

Over the 5 years since its founding in 2014, we organized and carried out more than 30 large-scale events in Chelyabinsk, in which top management and technical specialists of thousands of Russian and foreign industrial enterprises, including the largest such as Siemens, Severstal, Evraz, Nornickel, Rusal, took part , NLMK, MMK and so on.

Our expectations from the candidate

  1. Developed communication skills, competent oral and written speech, experience in conducting presentations;
  2. The ability to think outside the box, creatively, broadly;
  3. The ease of recovery, care, self-organization;
  4. The ability to work on several tasks at the same time and achieve the goal;
  5. Experience in sales and negotiations, a great desire to improve in this area. Additional theoretical training on sales (courses, books, etc.) is welcome;
  6. The internal need for an integrated, deep and systematic approach in understanding the needs of the Customer;
  7. Desire at a high level to understand the company’s product, improve it;
  8. Knowledge of English (will be an advantage);
  9. PC – confident user;

  1. Together with the manager responsible for designing the event, the sales manager determines the circle of potentially interested customers and forms the basis for calls and communication via e-mail;
  2. Sales of participation in a business conference to the leaders of suppliers of goods and services (mining, metallurgical and agricultural enterprises of the country);
  3. Work is carried out remotely through telephone calls and e-mail, meetings are sometimes scheduled (Chelyabinsk, Krasnodar, Moscow);
  4. Formats of participation: from being present as a listener to participating with a stand, publishing events in a magazine and delivering a report to potential clients from the mining and metallurgical and agricultural sectors;
  5. Search and attraction of new corporate clients to cooperation;
  6. Work with an existing customer base;
  7. Conducting transactions in CRM;
  8. Direct participation in the finished project of a business conference, communication with top officials of representative offices of large companies;
  9. Getting feedback from the Customer after the event, entering into CRM.
