Seymartek Company was founded in Chelyabinsk in 2014. Today we are an absolute leader in the organization of international conferences in such industries as metallurgy, mining, agriculture.

Over the 5 years since its founding in 2014, we organized and carried out more than 30 large-scale events in Chelyabinsk, in which top management and technical specialists of thousands of Russian and foreign industrial enterprises took part, including the largest such as Siemens, Severstal, Evraz, Nornickel, Rusal , NLMK, MMK and so on.

Due to the increase in the number of conferences, the vacancy of a sales manager has been opened.

What do we expect from you?

  1. Excellent communication skills (written and oral), ability to communicate with clients, colleagues, management. Literacy.сть.
  2. Experience in sales and negotiations, a great desire to improve in this area. Additional theoretical training on sales (courses, books, etc.) is welcome.
  3. An internal need for an integrated, deep and systematic approach to understanding customer needs.
  4. Desire at a high level to understand the company’s product, improve it.
  5. The passionate desire to work hard for a decent reward, and not mess around on the salary.

  3. Office work in Chelyabinsk from 10 to 18 from Mon to Fri. Lunch from 14 to 15.
  4. Business trips to business events in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar.
  5. Involvement in an exciting and interesting process of creating an event. We do not have a routine, because each of our new projects is unique in its own way. We have no cold calls. Having prepared well, you can make 2-3 calls a day, which will turn into a deal.

Duties

  1. Search for new clients and work with old ones (Selection of companies suitable for the project (in our database and on the Internet), thorough preparation for negotiations, customer calls, negotiations, sales, transaction support).
  2. Maintain CRM.
  3. Participation in the conference, communication with customers.
  4. Getting feedback from the client after the event, entering into CRM.

Stages of hiring

  1. Test. After reviewing your resume, we will send you a link. Take a small test task and within 3 working days we will contact you and report the result. If it is positive, we will immediately invite you for an interview.
  2. Interview. The interview will be conducted by the director, in person, in our office.
  3. Test call. After passing the interview, we will offer you to make a test call, which will demonstrate the level of your sales skills. You will have time to prepare.
